How does each product type look like?
​We know it gets confusing, especially when there are so many options!
Stud Earrings
All hardware metal are Nickel-free, rhodium plated. Plastic studs are available for children/extremely sensitive ears. Metal clip-ons for suitable for non-pierced ears (we do not discriminate).
Dangling/Hook
Earrings
All hardware metal are Nickel-free, rhodium plated. Most minature will dangle just below the ear. Metal clip-ons for suitable for non-pierced ears (we do not discriminate).
Rings
Our ring component is adjustable so it fits most fingers. Recommended to remove ring while washing hands to prolong product's condition.
Magnets
Small but powerful magnets that can stick on any ferromagnetic material, perfect to start a collection on your fridges!
Brooches
Safety locking catch bar metal pins to attach to your shirt, or bags securely without poking or digging into your skin.
Keychains
Available as both key ring and clasp type to suit your preferences, and also because life's easier with both!
Necklaces
Hardware metal are Nickel-free, rhodium plated, measuring approx. 24cm (9.5 inches).
Common Queries
How long does it take to deliver?
We use Singpost as our courier service. According to Singpost takes 3 to 5 working days for normal mail, and typically 1 to 2 working days for tracked mail (Smartpac) to be delivered.

How long does it take to prepare a purchase?
Please give us 3 to 5 days to process and prepare your purchase.
Can the accessories be washed?
Our earrings are made from air dry clay so they are light and durable but still vulnerable to water. You can use a brush or a damp tissue/cloth to gently wipe the earrings, but please do not wash under running water.
(A toothpick works for smaller nooks and crannies).

Also, please do not subject the earrings to direct heat as they may melt! (E.g. hairdryers, near stoves, on ovens etc.)

What if a piece falls off?
If the earrings falls from the stud or if a small component from a brooch falls, it can be fixed back with a small amount of super glue.

Can an order still be placed for a sold out item?

What does '1 quantity' mean?
When '1 quantity' is selected, you are purchasing a pair. Applicable for earrings (studs and dangly) listings only.
